Tsitsikamma, meaning "the place of much water",an 80 km remote stretch of fynbos-covered mountains, lush forests and valleys, spectacular deep river gorges leading down to the sea, waterfalls and sheer cliffs – the Tsitsikamma Forest National Park is one of South Africa’s most famous nature reserves, its heartland stretching some 5 km to sea, protecting a wonderland of inter-tidal life, reef and deep-sea fish.
Look out for dolphins frolicking and the southern right whale that visit here to breed.

Day 03
We continue west along the Garden Route with stops in Plettenberg Bay and Robberg Peninsula and a visit to either Monkeyland or Birds of Eden en-route to Knysna, a town primarily built on the shore of a large warm-water estuary which opens to the ocean after passing between two large headlands, popularly known as The Heads, which have become infamous due to the loss of boats and fishermen passing through their treacherous and unpredictable waters. Knysna's other claim to fame is the home to the fabled Knysna forest elephant.

Day 04
Full day to explore Knysna offering a wide variety of activities and attractions.
We embark on a pleasure cruise across the lagoon to the Featherbed Nature Reserve and enjoy a panoramic trail offering breath taking views of the lagoon, Leisure Isle and the HeadsOvernight at the Waterfront Lodge
Day 05
Today we leave the coast and travel inland through the Prince Alfred’s Pass towards the Little Karoo’s best, kept secret Uniondale.
We travel through stunning scenery and magical flora and visit the world renowned Canga caves.We end our journey today in Prince Albert a delightful village at the foothills of the majestic Swartberg Mountains. The village is a small gem, with beautifully preserved Cape Dutch, Karoo and Victorian buildings.

Day 06
A morning to explore the region with a visit to Gamkaskloof, or 'Die Hel,' as it is also known.
We continue through the fertile Breede River Valley through vineyards and orchards to the town of attractive country town of Robertson that lies in the shadow of the majestic Langeberg mountains, and is well known for its roses and wine.

Day 07
Depart for a breathtaking journey through the Winelands of the Cape. Witness the wine making process from the vineyard to the bottle. Visits and wine tasting at some of the wine estates that produce world renowned chardonnays, colombards & muscadels. After lunch, continue to the historic towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek for a different overview on style of wine and production. Our overnight stay is at a wine estate in the Franschhoek valley wine region which was settled over 300-years ago by the French Huguenots. Set against the backdrop of the Franschhoek and Drakenstein mountains, this quaint village has over 30 wine farms.

Day 09
Full day excursion of the Peninsula and Cape of Good Hope. Travel along the spectacular coastline of the Peninsula through charming historical villages. Visit the mythical meeting place of two great oceans and experience the “fairest Cape of all” Tour ends after drop off at your Cape Town hotel, or perhaps stay a few extra days to explore this beautiful city, extra hotel nights can be arranged.
